Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AAA Internet Brands, LLC (“AAA Internet Brands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with https://aaainternetbrands.com and the internal tools we operate to manage our own business and marketing. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you and to follow up about your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information through analytics services, including pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site. We use this to understand traffic and improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Social media platform integrations

We operate internal social media management tools that connect to our own accounts on third-party platforms, including Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and LinkedIn. These connections are authorized by us, for our own accounts, using each platform’s official API and standard authentication.

Through these APIs we access only what is needed to schedule and publish our own content and to measure its performance. That may include our account profile details, our boards, pages, and posts, the media we choose to publish, and the analytics each platform reports for our own content, such as impressions, reach, and engagement. We do not access the private data of other users, and we do not collect information from people who interact with our posts beyond the aggregate analytics the platforms provide to us.

Access tokens for these connections are stored in encrypted form on our own servers and are used only to operate our accounts. Our use of information received from these platforms follows each platform’s developer terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and the Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn developer policies. When a platform requires that data be transferred, used, or retained only in specific ways, we honor those requirements.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content to our own social media accounts.
  • Measure the performance of our own content and website, and improve our marketing.
  • Maintain the security and reliability of our website and tools, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and the social media platforms we connect to, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep information only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained while we handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward. Social platform tokens are kept while the connection is active and are deleted when the account is disconnected.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted storage of access credentials and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You can also disconnect any of our social media integrations at any time from within the platform’s own settings, which revokes our access. To make a request, use the form on our contact page.

Data deletion requests

If you would like us to delete information we hold about you, or data associated with a connected social media account, submit a request through our contact page and we will process it within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
